Focus Group
In our focus group, We created a slide show asking a variety of questions, which we then printed out and gave to our participants. We selected two boys and two girls of a teenage age group. This allowed to reach our target audience specifically, letting us receive a variety of great answers and ideas. We found out that music video's based on love are very reachable to our target audience however we were also told that no music video based on love actually shows love for what it really is. They felt that there were too many stereotypical views on teenagers in love, as most videos usually represent their theme through money, clothes, cars or any other type of synergy. We also got a range of ideas of what would be expected to be seen in a music video based on love. Christiana (on the far left) told us that she believed R'n'B videos of today don't show a true reflection of life, so we agreed that we must be careful as to how we represent our theme as we don't want it to be remain love in a stereotypical view.
